A long sleeve dress with white and black cactus plants with varying designs, and a ruched skirt in four lines over the legs to create a fun scallop-like hemline. The underskirt extends below the the dress by just under 2" at the most narrow points, and has icing trim and a slight flare to compliment the main skirt's scalloped trim. A thin black string is sewn in to the seams at both waists to create loops through which the detachable sash is tied for a hot pink accent in the middle. Made of silky soft polyester material.
